C & T plus Baby Makes 3!: April 2016

Oh, Adeline Kate, today you are THREE! You have the biggest personality, and are equal parts sass, sweet, and fun! You are so smart and determined (sometimes to a fault!), and are the master negotiater. It's either Adeline's way or the highway. You keep daddy and I on our toes, but we wouldn't have it any other way! We love you to the moon and back beautiful girl! Happy 3rd birthday! Now, if you could acutally let us sleep tonight, that would perfect!

Adeline's 3 Year Stats:

Weight: 31 (I'll update % after her well check on Thursday!)

Height: 38"

Clothing: 3T, shoe size 8.5

Favorite Toys: You are obsessed with all things Sofia the First, princesses, and babies. You love to carry around little toys constantly, especially your Sofia figurines, and stuffed animals. Your sister never did this, so it's new and cute to watch!

Favorite Past Time: You love to be active and playing. Whether it's outside at a park, running around our neighborhood, or just playing with Reese, you are on the go-go-go! You seriously never stop. You also love going to Miss Lisa's on Friday mornings, and look forward to it each week.

Cries: You are at a tough age. It's either your way or full on hysterics. You don't just cry, you scream cry. It's pretty miserable to manage at times, and I just try to remind myself that I'll look back and miss these years, so I am trying my best to enjoy each moment.

Communication: You have wonderful communication, and are thriving in the speech department. I'm looking forward to you starting preschool this fall. I think you are more than ready!

Bedtime/Nap time: You dropped your nap out of nowhere back around Christmastime which threw us for a loop since you been so consistently napping for 2.5-3 hours each day (usually from 1-330/4pm). This all happened after we potty trained you after our trip to Aruba in November. It went- potty train, stop napping, climb out of your crib, make us switch you to a big girl bed, and no more binky all at once. Fun times! You are now just starting to take naps again a few times per week. I put you in your bed around 1pm each day for QT with your iPad, and sometimes you fall to sleep, sometimes you don't.

Foods: Lately you have become much more picky with this. You aren't the best eater, but you're also not the worst. It just takes forever for mealtimes lately, and you would 100% skip lunch and dinner each day and soley live on snacks alone if I let you.
