This winter is going down in the record books for sure! In the month of January we've had 4 snow days total. Tomorrow starts the begining of February, and we are forecasted to get 20 inches more of snow between Tuesday and Wednesday. Thank goodness my doctor's appointment is on Thursday!
I'm so thankful we are having a summer baby! I can't imagine being 9 months pregnant right now worrying about going into labor in one of these storms, or having to squeze myself into a winter coat or worse- being couped up in the house with a newborn. I'm looking forward to flip flops, tanned legs, manicured toes, and sundresses! I plan to be going for long walks with our little one as much as possible.
A woman I work with who lives on our street is known for correctly guessing baby's gender on pregnant gals. I've been planning on asking her her guess for us for quite some time, but always forget. Well, today she came right up to me and goes, "You're having a girl. I can totally tell!". So we shall see soon! :-) How exciting!
