Bear with me now as I am just trying to play catch up here on the ol' blog. Yes, you read the title correct... I'm recapping our January 8 months later in September. Life sometimes gets busy when you're building a house, moving twice, working two part time jobs all while having two little ones running around. Some things need to take a back burner, and the blog was one of them.
So, back to January. January started off as pretty mild weather-wise for being the middle of winter, that is until we got hit with the first blizzard towards the end of the month. From that point on it was just storm after storm, and Boston made new records for amount of snow to fall. Of course this happened as we were building. Lucky for us, our builder was able to get the roof on and windows in the day that the first storm hit. Thank goodness!
