Letters to Emerson- Nine Months

Emerson 9 Month Stats:

Weight: 20lbs 3oz 83rd%

Height: 27.5" 46%

Clothing: 6-9 months and 9-12 months

Diapers: Size 3- will move to size 4 after we finish these boxes

Favorite Toys: Music Table, Sit to Stand Walker, anything that is not a toy like remotes, cords, water bottles, etc. You love the Little Tykes pink car and think you're hot stuff when we push you outside in it.

Favorite Past Time:  You love to watch Reese and Adeline get on the bus every morning, and you get excited to see the BUS! You continues to adore your big sisters, and do anything to keep up with them, follow them around the house, etc. They continue to LOVE on, you,  Emerson too!

You are obsessed with the cat, Maisy, and squeal in excitement each and every time you see her!

Communication: Lots of babbling this month. Ya ya ya, ba ba ba, da da da, and we swear she says I love you back when we do.

Cries: Only when tired, or needs something.

Schedule/Bedtime/Nap time:

5:30/6am wake up, bottle.
8am breakfast
9am 2oz bottle, then down for nap (you're not hungry, but the bottle puts you to sleep). Nap usually lasts around 90 mins.
11:30am/ noon- 6oz bottle
You'll eat lunch if I am eating in front of you- you will eat anything I give you and are not picky whatsoever.
Nap at 1 for another 90 mins or so.
3pm- 6oz bottle
5pm- solids
6/6:30pm- 6oz bottle and lights out

You have been sleeping through the night pretty consistently, although ever so often still have a doozy of a night where we are up multiple times.

Foods: Only 5 bottles now, 6oz each, and solids twice a day. You typically have a pouch of applesauce and cereal for breakfast, scrambled eggs when I make them for myself late morning (as your lunch), and whatever we are having for dinner you eat. You love green beans, pasta, broccoli, chicken, steak, corn, rice, etc. You always want dessert when your sisters have it.

Worth Mentioning: Had our GI app this week, and came up with a plan to start introducing dairy starting with cheese, then yogurt, then actual cow's milk in your bottle one teaspoon at a time until we make our way up to 1 ounce.  I am not sure if this is just coincidence, but as soon as we did yogurt, you were up all night long.  You also have a bottom tooth that is just about to pop through, so not sure what is what. You seem to tolerate cheese in scrambled eggs though.
