Weight: 14lbs 15.7oz (58th%)
Height: 24.5" (41st%)
Clothing: 0-3, but about to switch you into 3-6 months
Favorite Toys: Still no real toys, but you love your play mat, toys we hang from your seat and your toy bar we put across the Rock n' Play.
Favorite Past Time: Mommy started wearing you in the baby carrier (Tula) on our trip to Disney and you LOVE it! You slept the entire trip pretty much in the Tula. Something about being attached to me makes you sleep so well! You also love people watching, going for walks, and watching your sisters try to entertain you!
Communication: You coo and have just started screeching which is so cute!
Bedtime/Nap time: You are starting to get into more of a routine this month, and I am noticing that you typically take 4 naps per day, and drink 6 bottles. You typically go to bed around 6:30/7pm and wake for the day around 6/6:30am. You still drink one bottle at night (usually around 3am), but still are waking once or twice more for your binky which gets so old.
Foods: At your 4 month pediatrician appointment we were given the go-ahead to start you on solids, but then at your GI appointment 2 days later he suggested we wait until 5 months. I believe we started around 5 months with both of your sisters, so we will do that with you!
Worth Mentioning: You did absolutely amazing traveling to Disney! I was so nervous as I had never flown with your sisters as babies, and didn't know what to expect! I was worried about what to pack, how you'd do on the airplane, the logistics of it all, and most worried about you in the parks. You blew us all away, and were a complete angel baby the entire trip! You slept in the Tula during the days, and slept in the Pack n Play at the hotel in the master bedroom's closet, lol!
Last month we had seen your GI dr. and he had suggested changing formulas, but because of how well you were doing in Disney and that your poops were looking so much more normal, Daddy and I decided to not change you after all! You seem to really have turned the corner with your GI issues, and we couldn't be more thrilled!
Milestones:
4/4-4/5- slept 615pm-555am without eating! Just two pinky replacements at 1:30 and 3!
4/9/18- First plane ride from Boston to Orlando for our Disney trip. This also was your first train ride.
4/10/18- First boat ride from Wilderness Lodge to Magic Kingdom!
4/10/18- First tubby in the sink!
4/12/18- First time you dipped your toes into a pool!
4/14/18- You found your voice and started screeching!
4/17/18- Rolled from belly to back two times.
Some pictures from our trip!
